• Performing audits of annual financial statements and consolidated annual financial statements, both voluntary or statutory
• Performing special audits, both voluntary or statutory, e.g. due diligence audits, embezzlement audits, credit investigations, audits in accordance with the German Act on the Law of Real Estate Agents and Commercial Contractors (Section 16 MaBV) as well as audits in accordance with the German Securities Trading Act (Section 36 WpHG)
